Four offices from Reed Smith LLP; Holland & Knight LLP in Philadelphia and Boston and Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo have helped battery manufacturer Enersys complete the Brazilian leg of its US$750 million acquisition of Alpha Technologies Group of Companies.
Alpha hired instructed five Baker McKenzie offices for the deal, which closed on 30 October.
Enersys has operations across the US and Canada, as well as a facility in São Paulo, Brazil.
