Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP's New York office and Hogan Lovells International LLP in Amsterdam have helped Petrobras make a US$4 billion tender offer to purchase six series of notes issued by Petrobras' wholly owned Dutch finance subsidiary Petrobras Global Finance.
Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York and São Paulo and Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo represented the underwriters BB Securities, BTG Pactual, HSBC Securities, JP Morgan Securities, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, MUFG Securities Americas and Santander Investment Securities.
The tender offer launched on 15 March and was settled on 29 March.
