White & Case LLP's São Paulo, New York and Miami offices and Brazilian firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados have helped Brazilian software provider Linx make a 444 million reais (US$137 million) follow-on equity offering.
Underwriters BTG Pactual, Morgan Stanley, Itaú BBA and Credit Suisse (Brasil) hired Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP's São Paulo office and Brazilian firm Pinheiro Guimarães - Advogados.
Linx sold 24 million common shares in the sale, which closed on 30 September. Among the buyers were institutional investors in Brazil and the US.
Linx supplies software to the retail market in Brazil and internationally.
