The New York and São Paulo offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, and Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in São Paulo have helped Brazilian transport company Companhia de Concessões Rodoviárias (CCR) offer common shares worth 4.1 billion reais (US$1.3 billion).
The bookrunners hired Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in São Paulo, New York and London, and Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo. The deal closed on 15 February.
CCR manages 10 toll road concessions in Brazil, and is the country's largest concessionaire in terms of revenue. CCR's portfolio includes airports in Ecuador, Costa Rica, Curaçao and Brazil.
