The underwriters enlisted Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in São Paulo, Northern California and New York and Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo. The transaction, which was made through Minerva's Luxembourg subsidiary, closed on 19 December.
Minerva is one of South America's largest producers of protein products and has operations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
